About the Role

Match is seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure the smooth daily operation of its retail store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role acts as a crucial link between management and staff, focusing on achieving sales goals, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and overseeing staff, inventory, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily functioning of the store, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure all customers receive excellent service and handle complaints, inquiries, and issues professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, order new products, process shipments, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts and losses.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing with proper displays and signage.
• Prepare work schedules and delegate tasks to team members to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate store staff to improve their performance and skills.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect employees, customers, and store assets.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales reports and expense reports, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Perform any work requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Store Supervisor position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in retail operations and supervision. The role requires a strong understanding of retail management principles and practices.
