Role Overview

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Principal Director to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading strategic engagements and driving insights at the intersection of business and technology. The Principal Director will be responsible for identifying and solving complex technology business problems, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing delivery components end-to-end. This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identify and solve complex technology business problems, leading to strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology, based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
• Lead small engagements or work streams independently from end-to-end, covering all delivery components including client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financials.
• Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities, supporting business development efforts with clients and Accenture teams through successful sale closure.
• Collaborate with clients and internal Accenture teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop content knowledge and share it through proactive involvement in technology strategy operations and communities of practice.
• Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on specific market-relevant technology strategy domains.
• Interact with senior management at client organizations and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on matters that may require alternate approaches.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this Strategy Principal Director role will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy and technology consulting. This position requires a proven ability to lead complex engagements, drive strategic insights, and manage diverse teams effectively.
