About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking a Support and Operations Manager (VMS) and Access Control to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing and maintaining various security and smart building technologies within the organization.

Role Overview

The VMS & Access Control Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of enterprise Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), and Smart Space technologies. This role ensures secure and efficient facility operations through the oversight of integrated security and AV systems, including CCTV, access control, video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, video walls, and other essential workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Visitor Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
• Oversee CCTV, access control, video intercom, and smart-building technologies.
• Support AV systems, including video conferencing, audio systems, IPTV, digital signage, and video walls.
• Manage Smart Space platforms, including room booking, occupancy sensors, and workplace analytics.
• Support and integrate platforms such as Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, and Traction Guest.
• Manage Dahua CCTV, Dahua access control, Dahua video intercom, and analytics platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation, system performance, and operational compliance.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing and supporting the specified security, AV, and smart building systems and technologies.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
