About the Role

National Medical Care is seeking a dedicated System Implementer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing the successful implementation of CARE Medical’s system applications and services for end-users. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure the timely delivery of effective solutions. The System Implementer will also be responsible for providing essential training and support to end-users, facilitating a seamless transition and optimal utilization of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage all phases of project implementations.
• Guide clients throughout the implementation process to ensure optimal system setup and adherence to best practices.
• Document all actions taken during implementation and ensure all relevant parties are informed of progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all testing procedures and client setups.
• Log any identified bugs or feature requests within the designated bug and feature handling system.
• Provide important user feedback and information to the technical support team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of four (4) years of overall experience in a relevant role.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar job within a large hospital setting.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft applications, including MS Office and Access.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft operating systems and other Microsoft products.

Required Skills

• Exhibits excellent interpersonal communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working within a collaborative environment, engaging with various internal teams and external end-users to ensure successful system deployments.
