About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a System Engineer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves performing conventional, less complex project engineering assignments, working closely with project/program management and technical disciplines to ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of engineering-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Set operational objectives and deliver results that directly impact the achievement of goals within the job area.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Regularly correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes, making minor changes as needed.
• Adapt or enhance the quality or value of existing methods as part of day-to-day activities, though less frequently.
• Address problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring an understanding and consideration of other job areas.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment and Scope

This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others. The application of knowledge is primarily domestic, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
