Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on providing essential IT support and infrastructure management to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The IT Help Desk Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of computer systems, networks, and hardware. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure, directly contributing to the productivity of all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Install software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
• Perform regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and support records.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
• Train users on IT systems, software, and security awareness.
