About the Opportunity

Taj HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading international industrial group. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to work within the aluminum sector, gaining international exposure in a growth-oriented environment.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles. This includes proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and negotiation, ensuring alignment with designated budget parameters. The role also involves preparing and monitoring key recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
• Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
• Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs, such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Pipeline Status.
• Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of proven experience recruiting within Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
• Demonstrated track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management positions.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software, and reporting tools.
