We are seeking a Talent Acquisitions Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical to building and scaling our hiring capabilities as the company continues its growth trajectory.

Role Overview

As the Talent Acquisitions Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This position involves close collaboration with department leaders to understand specific hiring needs and to develop a talent strategy that attracts high-performing individuals to support Mnzil's expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop comprehensive hiring plans.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and professional networking.
• Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and the overall candidate experience.
• Track and report on key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
• Develop and maintain Mnzil's employer brand to attract top talent within the market.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent acquisition channels.
• Support workforce planning discussions with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR team members as the talent acquisition function expands.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
