Program Focus and Objectives

The Tamheer Elite Program aims to develop individuals who will manage and elevate the overall member experience with Bupa Arabia's operational functions. Participants will play a central role in ensuring timely and customized service delivery across all member touchpoints, proactively facilitating core healthcare services, and serving as a primary point of contact for members regarding Bupa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end member experience, ensuring timely service delivery across all touchpoints of their journey.
• Proactively propose and facilitate Tebtom and other core healthcare services to ensure members receive appropriate care customized to their medical needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for providing timely information to members about Bupa services, including pre-authorization, reimbursement claims, and hospital delegate services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional service leaders to customize healthcare services according to the needs of the targeted population.
• Strive for excellent service by collecting post-service feedback through online questionnaires to assess service quality.
• Provide accurate and useful information to members and their families on medical details or specific Bupa services.
• Direct members to recommended doctors and/or alternative providers as necessary to ensure high-quality medical services.
• Assess the medical needs of members and refer them to appropriate departments, such as HCS for corresponding medical coaching intervention.
• Support the understanding of customer and consumer segmentation to offer breakthrough healthcare services.
• Support the implementation and segmented serving of core healthcare services.
• Lead and consistently report on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) updates for each service offering, collaborating with the data analytics team.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Personal Coordinated Care (PCC) dashboard to monitor, review, and report KPI progress against targets.
• Prepare, manage, and conduct presentations and business updates for key leaders within the organization.
• Provide monthly feedback reports on the progress of the PCC program as part of overall retention updates.
• Analyze top recurring issues or service failures members face, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify solid actions for problem resolution.
• Monitor and review the timely and consistent implementation of Kaizen projects using a structured action plan and tracker.
• Ensure timely risk identification, escalation, and mitigation to resolve any impact on project outcomes or agreed timelines during project delivery.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Tamheer Elite Program should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should demonstrate a strong foundation in areas such as customer service, healthcare operations, or project management, with a proven ability to manage complex processes and stakeholder relationships effectively.

This program emphasizes strong collaboration across various departments and with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Participants will contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing service performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions that directly impact member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
