Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer - Health Coordination intern to join its team in Riyadh. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on providing essential support in health coordination and customer service within the healthcare sector. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers and hospital staff, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards.

Role Overview

The Health Coordination role is responsible for managing customer inquiries received face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. This includes processing all calls and member requests in accordance with company standards, while providing a competent, courteous, efficient, and proactive point of contact for both customers and hospital staff. The position also involves diligent follow-up on inquiries to ensure resolutions meet the expectations of customers, hospitals, and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism by adhering to established procedures and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all departments, the company's network of hospitals, products, and services.
• Address customer complaints competently, taking all necessary actions to resolve issues to their full satisfaction with minimal team leader intervention.
• Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve individual and departmental goals, consistently promoting a positive team spirit.
• Ensure hospitals comply with agreed-upon service standards and deliver them to members, including the utilization of swipe card and fingerprint machines, the website, and other technical services linked to Bupa Arabia.
• Provide support to hospital staff, enabling coaching and training on Bupa services.
• Manage complaints by resolving issues without further escalation, ensuring proper follow-up of recovery plans, and accurately entering complaints into the system tracker for preventive actions.
• Establish excellent relationships with provider insurance directors and conduct regular visits to front lines at points of service to gather concerns and feedback.
• Coordinate with provider relations on recognition mechanisms for providers and strengthen the image of providers in front of customers to boost the partnership framework.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, order, and professional appearance for the office, customer area, and personal presentation.
