About the Opportunity

Ninja is seeking a Tamheer Legal Specialist to join its Legal Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time training opportunity is specifically designed for recent Law graduates who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment.

Role Overview

The Tamheer Legal Specialist will play a supportive role within the Legal team, focusing on developing foundational expertise in key areas of corporate legal affairs. This position offers a structured opportunity to learn about contract management and legal compliance within Ninja's dynamic business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
Prepare various types of contracts under the guidance of the legal team.
Maintain and organize legal records and documentation efficiently.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and departmental initiatives.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws and internal company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
0-1 years of professional experience, making this an ideal entry-level training role for those starting their legal career.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop skills in corporate legal affairs and legal compliance.
