Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer Revenue Cycle Management professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing all components of the revenue cycle. This includes patient registration, insurance verification, accurate charge capture, coding, billing, and collections. A key aspect of the role involves monitoring and managing claims submissions, payments, denials, coding compliance, and the appeals processes to ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze medical reports, patient records, and claims submissions to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of information provided by all stakeholders involved in the revenue cycle.
• Ensure that all claims adhere strictly to the terms and conditions of the relevant insurance policies.
• Monitor and manage the processes for claims submissions, payments, and denials.
• Oversee coding compliance and manage the appeals processes for denied claims.

Compliance and Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of claim evaluations, approvals, and denials.
• Perform comprehensive record keeping and reporting of all revenue cycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal company policies throughout the claims assessment and processing activities.
• Guarantee the accurate and timely processing of medical claims submitted to insurance companies and other third parties.
