This full-time position involves serving as the primary technical interface for clients, ensuring the successful alignment and execution of cybersecurity solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager plays a crucial role in bridging client needs with technical solutions. This position requires a professional who can cultivate strong client relationships, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure that cybersecurity initiatives meet both business objectives and regulatory standards, specifically NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Provide expert technical guidance to clients, ensuring cybersecurity solutions are aligned with their business and security requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to guarantee successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure all solutions and processes adhere to NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
