The Technical Engineer Apprentice Role

We are seeking a Technical Engineer Apprentice to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a contract position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The role provides an opportunity to build practical experience across warehouse operations, machine preparation, technical support, and customer-facing service activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse machinery handling and operational activities, including pre-delivery inspections and daily routine inspections.
• Prepare and coordinate machines for customer delivery, ensuring all documentation and safety checks are complete.
• Support spare parts inventory control and coordinate with customers regarding parts orders and availability.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct machine familiarization and operational training sessions for clients to ensure safe and efficient usage.
• Develop proficiency in using the company's ERP system for tracking inventory, orders, and service records.
• Complete additional work tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Role Focus and Development

This apprenticeship offers exposure to both the operational and technical sides of the business. You will have the chance to support customers, work closely with equipment, and develop hands-on familiarity with internal systems and service processes.
