About Tarshid and the Technical Project Engineer Role

Tarshid - National Energy Services Company is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to supporting various stages of energy service projects, ensuring technical integrity and smooth execution.

Purpose of the Role

The Technical Project Engineer provides essential support across the entire project lifecycle. This includes initial feasibility assessments, technical reviews, bid evaluations, and comprehensive documentation. The role involves close collaboration with technical consultants and the Project Management department to address issues and facilitate project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project development through feasibility assessments, site visits, and technical reviews of proposed projects.
• Assist with the technical onboarding process for new projects.
• Provide technical support to consultants during the evaluation of bids, from submission through to award.
• Contribute to the finalization of DFS (Detailed Feasibility Study) and ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contract) documentation.
• Aid in the review of project design, installation procedures, and commissioning activities.
• Support the finalization of all necessary documentation for project completion.
• Assist in the provision of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Measurement & Verification (M&V) services.
• Liaise with the Project Management department and relevant entities to resolve any project-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of professional experience in a related technical or project engineering field. A foundational understanding of project development and technical review processes is beneficial for success in this role.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires effective collaboration with internal departments, including Project Management, as well as external entities. The ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team is essential for ensuring smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
