Role Overview

The Technical Services Specialist (Intern) will function as an experienced professional individual contributor, operating under limited supervision. This position requires the application of subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service to address specific needs and requirements, focusing on product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service.
• Utilize skills and knowledge to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in line with customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determining solutions based on product and customer specifications.
• Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.

Daily Activities

• Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Act as a local on-site representative to members of the customer's organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience is required for this internship role.
• Possess well-developed skills in the technical analysis of product implementations.
