Role Overview

As a Technical Services Specialist, you will operate as an experienced professional individual contributor under limited supervision. This role requires applying subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service and utilizing skills within specific needs or requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply well-developed skills in technical analysis for product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determining solutions based on product and customer specifications.
• Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.
• Assess product needs in line with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Act as a local on-site representative to customer organization members.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a professional individual contributor.
• Subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service.
• Proficiency in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions.
