About the Role

flynas is seeking a Technical Systems Administrator AMOS to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and profitability by providing high-quality technical assistance and optimizing the use of AMOS and other critical digital applications within the company's operational framework. The administrator will ensure system performance and reliability, contributing to long-term inventory accuracy and traceability.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to maximize profitability through world-class quality assistance, increasing end-user proficiency and productivity with AMOS and other vital digital applications. This includes identifying and analyzing process bottlenecks to minimize waste and cost, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, and maintaining system performance and reliability for continuous company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assistance to increase end-user proficiency and productivity, thereby maximizing profitability.
• Utilize the features of AMOS and other digital applications essential for operational requirements, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
• Identify, understand, and analyze bottlenecks in existing processes to improve productivity and revenue, minimizing waste and cost through best practices, lean methods, and metrics.
• Ensure the continuity of company operations through system performance and reliability, providing accurate and lean methods for long-term inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Control and manage AMOS and other digitalization applications, customizing them to departmental needs and preventing unwanted transactions.
• Ensure end-user effectiveness and proficiency in AMOS and other digitalization systems through continuous guidance, information, and direct involvement in solution-building initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Programming.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience with digital applications within the airline and aviation industry.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.
