About the Role

Samaco Motors is seeking a dedicated Technician / Mechanic to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves the accurate and skilful repair and servicing of a variety of vehicles. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service expected within a luxury car facility.

Role Purpose and Facility Support

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards. The Technician / Mechanic will work closely with the Workshop Controller, contributing to the efficient operation of the luxury car facility. This position is integral to delivering premium service and maintaining customer trust in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately detect and diagnose faults in vehicles, subsequently establishing the necessary repair work.
• Engage directly with customers in a professional, customer-facing capacity to ensure all tasks are completed to their full satisfaction.
• Ensure all repair and servicing work is completed safely and adheres strictly to Retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
• Meet all established deadlines as set by the line manager, the company, or the manufacturer, maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess relevant experience in vehicle repair and servicing. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical or mechanical role is required. Demonstrated ability to work with luxury vehicles and a commitment to quality workmanship are highly valued.
