Techno Commercial Project Manager

About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Techno Commercial Project Manager for a contract opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading enterprise software implementation projects, focusing on the intersection of technical delivery and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise software implementation projects, with a focus on platforms such as IWMS, CAFM, CMMS, ERP, or real estate management.
• Oversee project financials, contract management, and scope control to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage large-scale projects and engage with senior stakeholders, particularly within Saudi government or public-sector environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and project management.
• Proven experience in IBM TRIRIGA implementation is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate, facilities, workplace, space, lease, and asset management processes.
• Demonstrated techno-commercial capabilities.

Required Skills

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• IBM TRIRIGA training or certification is considered an advantage.
