About the Opportunity

Sudair Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Tender Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing the complete tender lifecycle across both government and private sectors within the healthcare industry.

Role Overview

The Tender Specialist will ensure the preparation and submission of compliant, competitive, and timely bids that align with company strategy and support business growth. This involves overseeing the entire tender process from initial identification of opportunities through to post-award follow-up and contract implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify tender opportunities via NUPCO (SRM & iNUPCO), Wasfaty, Etimad, Direct Purchase (DP), Ministry Platforms, Customer Platforms, and private sector channels.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification through submission, award, and post-award follow-up.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical, commercial, and regulatory documentation within specified tender deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management to ensure successful tender execution.
• Develop pricing analyses, commercial comparisons, and bid recommendations aligned with company strategy and profitability targets.
• Track tender updates, addendums, clarifications, and objections, ensuring timely internal communication.
• Monitor awarded tenders, support contract implementation, and coordinate supply commitments with relevant departments.
• Maintain comprehensive tender documentation, pricing approvals, contracts, and management reports.
• Support continuous improvement of tender processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Supply Chain.
• 2–5 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with NUPCO, Wasfaty, Etimad, iNUPCO, and other government procurement platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SFDA regulations, government procurement processes, and healthcare tender requirements.
