The Role: Unified Communication Engineer

Avensys Consulting is seeking a skilled Unified Communication Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and involves implementing and supporting critical unified communication and contact center solutions for clients. The role requires expertise in AVAYA Aura solutions, Cisco unified communications, and Session Border Controllers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support AVAYA Aura solutions.
• Implement and support Cisco unified communications.
• Work with Session Border Controllers for various communication systems.
• Implement and support contact center solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply change requests efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in both the implementation and ongoing support phases of projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco unified communications.
• Experience working with Session Border Controllers.
• Proficiency in contact center solutions.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct engagement with clients, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and project participation within a professional services environment.
