Role Context and Impact

The Value Levers Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies that make shopping on Amazon more compelling and accessible for customers in Saudi Arabia. This involves understanding the drivers of value perception and shopping behavior within the Saudi market, extending beyond traditional promotions to encompass a broader approach to customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch customer-focused value initiatives to drive business growth.
• Lead collaborative projects across marketing, retail, marketplace, and ShopEx teams.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and optimize customer reward programs.
• Work with regional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.

Contribution to Growth

This role will transform how millions of Saudi customers discover and experience value on Amazon. The manager will pioneer innovative approaches to deals, everyday essentials, customer rewards/incentives, and low Average Selling Price (ASP) items. The position involves leading high-visibility projects that directly impact Amazon's growth in Saudi Arabia by building and executing strategies that enhance affordability and rewards for shoppers.
