About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Venue Manager for Boo Boo Laand in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of the venue, with a focus on sales maximization, inventory management, and team coordination. The Venue Manager will also play a key role in maintaining operational standards and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the venue team, ensuring efficient operation across all departments.
• Conduct interviews and provide hiring decisions to HR.
• Oversee and approve onboarding, training, and probation evaluations for staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary conversations, escalating serious issues to HR.
• Manage annual leave approvals for the leadership team and plan annual leave for all staff.
• Conduct monthly staffing reviews and adjust structure as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, staff hygiene, and guest interaction.
• Conduct daily venue checks and spot checks to ensure Boo Boo Laand standards are met.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports are completed accurately.
• Oversee safety systems, inspections, risk management, and incident follow-up.
• Coordinate and manage external agencies, including security guards and housekeeping teams.
• Ensure AMC contracts are renewed and active, and shared with DMs for emergency and routine maintenance.
• Ensure all external companies adhere to Boo Boo Laand standards and escalate issues as necessary.
• Review overtime, schedule efficiencies, and part-time labor costs.
• Validate stock reports, variance investigations, and inventory controls.
• Review and approve repeat orders for procurement, escalating high-value or new orders to senior management for approval.
• Manage safe funds, petty cash approvals, and financial accuracy.

Operational Management

The Venue Manager will work closely with the Operations team to coordinate and assemble an effective sales team. This role involves serving as a positive role model, providing training, and maintaining the skills and safety of all team members. A key aspect of the role is addressing customer needs by resolving conflicts and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations and manage teams effectively.
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and maximizing sales.
• Proficiency in managing product inventory and purchasing processes.
