About the Role

Kawader for Recruitment Co is seeking a Vice President of Sales for a leading industrial company in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires a seasoned professional to lead sales and commercial strategies within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, fostering their professional development.
Oversee B2B sales, business development initiatives, and key account management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with major clients and strategic partners.
Drive profitability through effective sales leadership and strategic planning.
Monitor market trends, customer relationships, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience.
Proven experience of 10+ years in sales and commercial leadership within the industrial sector.
Mandatory previous experience as a VP of Sales, Sales Director, or in a similar senior commercial leadership role.
Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of market trends, customer relationships, and competitive positioning.
