About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking a Waiter (Saudi Nationality) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests beyond simply serving food. The role involves taking initiative to deliver a range of services that ensure guest satisfaction during their meal.

Key Duties

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as managing the menu.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or * equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• No specific license or certification is required.

Experience Level

This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of guest service and restaurant operations.
