Nova Water is seeking a Warehouse Associate Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Associate Manager will oversee and optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse systems. This role ensures stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include driving process improvements, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives across warehousing activities, while maintaining effective inventory control, data integrity, productivity management, and adherence to QHSE requirements to support the organization's supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the development, update, and maintenance of a master data sheet for all warehouse items, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee continuous monitoring of inventory across warehouses, ensuring timely refilling according to approved plans.
• Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations adhere to QHSE standards, policies, and procedures to mitigate organizational risks.
• Manage and recommend improvements to the organization's inventory control program to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate teams to achieve local business goals.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
