The Role of Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective handling of products from receipt to dispatch, while meeting targets for inventory accuracy, service, productivity, quality, safety, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

Manage receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and timely order fulfillment.
Lead warehouse teams, including manpower planning, shift allocation, and performance management.
Monitor warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), picking accuracy, labor utilization, and operating costs.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, food safety regulations, storage protocols, and temperature-control requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through methodologies like Lean and 5S, automation, and effective utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Coordinate effectively with various departments including Supply Chain, Transport, Buying, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and Store Operations.
