Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse and inventory management, ensuring efficient operations and accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations comprehensively.
• Monitor material movement from receipt to dispatch.
• Conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize storage locations and optimize space utilization.
• Manage the warehouse team and monitor performance.
• Track stagnant materials, shortages, and inventory levels.
• Prepare regular inventory and performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with proven experience as a Warehouse Manager. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in managing receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock balances.
• Experience in managing a warehouse team and efficiently organizing locations and material flow.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels, stagnant materials, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Coordination with Purchasing and Production departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Proficiency in using ERP / WMS systems, with experience in Odoo being an advantage.
• Proficiency in preparing inventory reports and performance indicators.
• Commitment to safety and quality procedures and warehouse organization.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years specifically in warehouse and inventory management.
