Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Meena Health is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. The role involves overseeing warehouse and supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Ensure adherence to Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Act as the officially licensed facility representative during Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
• Oversee inventory count audits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Implement and manage inventory control systems, parameters, and required procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid registration and classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management, specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Deep understanding of Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory control systems, parameters, and implementation procedures.
• CISCP and CISCM certifications are highly preferred.
