alfanar Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations through continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Operations Development Specialist will support the ongoing development and improvement of warehouse operations. This involves process analysis, performance monitoring, operational coordination, and the implementation of various improvement initiatives. The primary focus is on enhancing efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes and performance to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost.
• Conduct process reviews to pinpoint operational gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• Support the implementation of process improvements, new technologies, and automation solutions.
• Prepare operational analyses, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor warehouse performance against established KPIs, standards, and procedures.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify deviations and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide technical guidance on warehouse processes, systems, and procedures within the assigned area.
• Track improvement actions and report on progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Solve operational problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met and develop effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations development or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
