Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in the Riyadh Region. The Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards. They will screen candidates' resumes and job applications, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruiter will build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team, and act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating interviews
- Proficiency in using recruiting databases, social media, and job boards
- Excellent interviewing skills and familiarity with reliable recruiting and selection tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and maintain candidate networks
- Analytical skills to provide well-documented recruiting reports
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the communication industry is a plus

About the Job
As a Recruitment Specialist at Theeb Rent a Car, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract top talent to maintain our leadership in the car rental sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms.
• Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
• Work on job descriptions and prepare job offers to be sent via email.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to create a candidate database.
• Register employees in government programs like Taqat and Tawteen.
• Onboard new employees and manage the recruitment budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
