We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent that aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Planning & Execution: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to prepare recruitment plans and execute hiring strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely updates.
  • Offer Management: Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and submit regular reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Role Description
