Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all recruitment projects, ensuring continuity and compliance.
- Work closely with decision makers to address local recruitment issues.
- Ensure candidates meet the qualification criteria.
- Support the Parsons Saudization programs through career fairs and university days.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to articulate briefs effectively.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong initiative and creative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or recognized HR qualification.
- Experience in engineering and construction recruitment.
- Familiarity with advanced ATS systems and AI tools.
