An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist II, Recruitment, located in Yanbu.Job Purpose:Accountable for attracting and screening potential employees. This position is for an experienced recruitment specialist with a good knowledge of the organization requirements and sources. Concentration is on the recruitment of specialists and professional employees.
Role Responsibilities:- Prepares documentation appropriate to the recruitment process and engagement of new employees.
- Works with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications, experience and desirable skillset.
- Oversee the securing of temporary workforce and ensure candidates meet company requirements.
- Identifies sources and implements recruitment advertisement and sourcing plan.
- Ensures junior team members work in compliance with Company policies and procedures and regional regulatory legislation.
- Conducts screening interviews and full recruitment processes for short-listed candidates, as identified by hiring manager.
- Obtains references in accordance with established organizational procedure.
- Arranges for the Company specific tests and check-ups of shortlisted candidates.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, or any other relevant field.
