This position is ideal for an experienced recruitment specialist who possesses a strong understanding of organizational requirements and sourcing strategies, focusing particularly on the recruitment of specialists and professional employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare relevant documentation for the recruitment process and new employee engagements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications, experiences, and desired skills.
- Oversee the securing of temporary staff while ensuring candidates meet company requirements.
- Implement recruitment advertisements and sourcing plans to identify potential candidates.
- Guide junior team members to adhere to company policies, procedures, and regional regulations.
- Conduct screening interviews and manage the full recruitment process for shortlisted candidates.
- Obtain references following established organizational procedures.
