Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare relevant documentation for the recruitment process and new employee engagements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications, experiences, and desired skills.
- Oversee the securing of temporary staff while ensuring candidates meet company requirements.
- Implement recruitment advertisements and sourcing plans to identify potential candidates.
- Guide junior team members to adhere to company policies, procedures, and regional regulations.
- Conduct screening interviews and manage the full recruitment process for shortlisted candidates.
- Obtain references following established organizational procedures.
- Arrange company-specific tests and check-ups for shortlisted candidates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong skills in managing and improving business processes.
- Familiarity with employee relocation and expatriate management.
- Adept in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with staffing and recruiting.
- Knowledge of HR policies, standards, and procedures.
- Proficient in recruiting system management, candidate sourcing, and employee selection.
