Job Purpose:
In this key role, you will be accountable for attracting and screening potential employees. This position is ideal for an experienced recruitment specialist who possesses a strong understanding of organizational requirements and sourcing strategies, focusing particularly on the recruitment of specialists and professional employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare relevant documentation for the recruitment process and new employee engagements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications, experiences, and desired skills.
• Oversee the securing of temporary staff while ensuring candidates meet company requirements.
• Implement recruitment advertisements and sourcing plans to identify potential candidates.
• Guide junior team members to adhere to company policies, procedures, and regional regulations.
• Conduct screening interviews and manage the full recruitment process for shortlisted candidates.
• Obtain references following established organizational procedures.
• Arrange company-specific tests and check-ups for shortlisted candidates.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong skills in managing and improving business processes.
• Familiarity with employee relocation and expatriate management.
