We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively. You will work closely with department heads and play a critical role in sourcing and onboarding the right talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and publish job postings on various platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain an active database of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Utilize government platforms such as TAQAT (HRDF) and Jadara for recruitment support.
  • Use the Qiwa platform to upload and monitor employment contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (*, LinkedIn, ATS systems).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Practical knowledge of using government platforms such as TAQAT, Jadara, and Qiwa.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
