Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Identify and attract candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from posting to selection.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and gather feedback.
- Offer Management: Assist in preparing job offers and candidate negotiations.
- Recruitment Reporting: Track metrics and prepare reports on recruitment activities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
