About the Role

Almousa Holding is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the marketing and leasing processes for available properties, ensuring effective client engagement and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available units and properties for sale or lease.
• Follow up with clients and tenants, and organize property viewings and negotiations.
• Prepare real estate offers and marketing reports.
• Monitor leasing procedures, contracts, and collections.
• Utilize the Ejar platform and manage related contractual operations.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in marketing or real estate leasing.
• Good knowledge of the Ejar platform and leasing and collection procedures.

Required Skills

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh.
