About the Role

Abdulmohsen Al-Rossais & Sons Group Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant (استشاري التأجير) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the entire leasing process, from initial tenant engagement to the finalization of lease agreements, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to occupancy targets.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of the Leasing Consultant is to attract prospective tenants, understand their specific needs, and effectively present suitable residential or commercial properties. The role is central to negotiating lease terms, successfully closing leasing deals, and contributing to the achievement of occupancy targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants through all communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings while professionally presenting available units.
• Negotiate lease terms and close leasing agreements to achieve occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and landlords.
• Coordinate with the Contracts team to ensure a smooth lease signing and unit handover process.
• Maintain accurate customer and property records in the company's CRM, ERP, and Ejar systems.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed lease agreements.
• Stay up to date with available inventory, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar leasing or real estate role.
• Valid FAL Real Estate Brokerage License.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh's real estate market and districts.
• Experience using the Ejar platform and other relevant real estate systems.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid driving license and have access to their own transportation to fulfill the requirements of this role.
