About the Role

Sama Team Contracting is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on generating and securing new projects across both government and private sectors. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience and a strong network within the Saudi market.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new projects for the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, government entities, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver professional presentations.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract award.

• Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the construction industry.
• A strong professional network within the Saudi market.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation Structure

This position offers an attractive commission for every successfully awarded project. Earning potential is based on performance and is not capped.
