The Role of a Maxillofacial Surgeon

The Maxillofacial Surgeon will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial region. This includes managing diseases, injuries, and defects related to the head, neck, face, jaws, and the hard and soft tissues of the mouth. The role involves performing a range of surgical procedures and providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring adherence to the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating precise treatment plans for patients.
• Performing a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical interventions.
• Managing pre-operative and post-operative patient care effectively.
• Collaborating with other medical specialists to ensure integrated patient management.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient medical records.

Mandatory Requirements

• Applicants must hold Saudi nationality.
• Candidates are required to possess a Saudi Commission for Health Specialties classification as a First Senior Registrar.
• Immediate availability to commence duties is a prerequisite for this position.
