Join Seder Group as a Sales Manager!
Seder Group is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Sales and Business Development to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This role requires a driven individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT solutions and services industry. As a Sales Manager, you will:
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by selling IT solutions and services.
  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the market.
  • Build and manage a robust individual sales pipeline.
  • Design and implement successful individual sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in CRM, Call Center, and BPO-focused industries and solutions.
  • Translate technical products and services into value-driven business solutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  • Display strong motivation, initiative, and a passion for achieving goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions and services.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO-related solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
