نظرة عامة على الدور:
بصفتك مدير مبيعات، ستكون محورياً في اكتساب عملاء جدد وإدارة دورة المبيعات الكاملة. ستلعب خبرتك في التنقل في البيئات البيعية المعقدة وسجلك القوي في المبيعات دورًا حاسمًا في تلبية وتأدية حصص المبيعات. ستستخدم Salesforce لإدارة الفرص وضمان توثيق أنشطة المبيعات الخاصة بك في الوقت المناسب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مبيعات استراتيجية لاكتساب عملاء جدد.
  • إدارة عملية المبيعات بالكامل من البحث إلى مفاوضات العقود.
  • استخدام نهج 'مبيعات المتحدي' لشرح الفجوات التجارية والنتائج المرجوة للعملاء.
  • متابعة الفرص بفعالية في Salesforce، مع الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع التفاعلات.
  • المساهمة في تطوير حلول مصممة خصيصًا تلبي احتياجات العملاء.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة/ العلوم.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيع حلول البرمجيات المعقدة، ويفضل أن تكون SaaS.
  • فهم قوي لعروض ERP وحلول الشراء.
  • إتقان كل من العربية والإنجليزية.
  • استعداد للسفر بنسبة تصل إلى 50% داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
