At Baazeem, a leader in the FMCG distribution sector in Saudi Arabia since 1978, we are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role is essential for driving sales and managing our dedicated sales teams.

Role Overview:
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans and prospect new clients while maintaining existing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and oversee sales reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize sales efforts and performance.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership.
  • Strong analytical and market analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic planning and sales forecasting experience.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

  • Proactive willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Fluency in English; AWS certifications are a plus.
