About the Role

Amber Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing all cleaning and housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest comfort are consistently met across our facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including task distribution and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all rooms and facilities aligns with the establishment's quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities, initiating orders as needed.
• Prepare operational schedules and detailed reports for management review.
• Coordinate effectively with other internal departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management within hotels or hotel apartments.
• Proven track record in leading and managing diverse work teams.
• Solid understanding of hotel cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
• High proficiency in organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in the English language is essential for this role.
