Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, contributing to a positive guest experience. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and overseeing members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Report and promptly follow up on any maintenance issues or facility concerns.
Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Ensure high standards of service, including handling VIP and special guest requests.
