The Role of Beauty Advisor

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Faisaliah location in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience in the beauty sector. The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all clients and utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets. The role also involves maintaining counter cleanliness, restocking, and managing new product launches, product offers, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, product usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting those needs, aiming to meet or anticipate customer expectations.
• Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Promote sales while achieving set line and sales targets through makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentive achievement.
• Monitor new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels are achieved according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure stores are restocked on appropriate shelves and at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
