Are you an experienced Early Years professional looking for an exciting opportunity in an outstanding British nursery environment?

 

We are looking for a passionate, confident and inspirational Room Leader to join our growing team in Riyadh.

 

About the Role

 

As a Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, leading a dedicated team and ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care, learning and development.

 

You will play a key role in creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·       Lead and manage the daily running of your allocated room

·       Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

·       Lead, support and motivate your room team

·       Monitor and assess children’s development and progress

·       Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health and safety

·       Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families

·       Maintain accurate observations, assessments and records

·       Support children’s individual learning and development needs

·       Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

·       Help maintain an exceptional standard of care, presentation and organisation throughout the room

·       Act as a positive role model and contribute to the wider nursery team

 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

 

·       Has proven experience working in an EYFS nursery setting

·       Has experience leading or supervising an early years team

·       Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework

·       Holds a recognised Early Years/Childcare qualification

·       Is confident leading a team and managing day-to-day responsibilities

·       Is organised, proactive and highly professional

·       Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Is passionate about children’s learning, development and wellbeing

·       Has a genuine commitment to safeguarding and high-quality early years practice
