About the Role

Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in sales. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Implement monthly sales targets effectively.
Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market presence.
Execute planned sales routes and submit comprehensive reports to the supervisor.
Ensure timely delivery of fresh products to distributors, including managing refrigerator logistics.
Maintain the quality of products throughout the delivery process.
Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers.
Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
Maintain consistent communication with customers to address needs and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales processes and market development.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Organizational skills for route planning and reporting.
Attention to detail, particularly in product quality control during delivery.

Work Environment
